The Granulation Line as One Process
A granular fertilizer plant is a loop, not a row of machines: dosing feeds the granulator drum, the dryer sets the moisture, the cooler stabilises temperature, screens split the flow, the crusher returns oversize, and coating and bagging finish the product. Every machine's performance depends on its neighbours — which is why we design the mass balance of the whole loop before sizing any single drum.
Recipe flexibility is engineered in from the start: multiple dosing lines, granulation moisture control and screen configurations that let one plant produce a family of formulations. Tell us your target products and capacities, and we design the line around that portfolio.
