Engineering the Vessel Around the Recipe

A reactor is more than a drum with a motor: impeller type and speed follow from viscosity and mixing task; heating or cooling jackets follow from the reaction's thermal profile; materials follow from corrosivity — stainless grades for acidic liquid fertilizers, coated or carbon steel where the medium allows.

We deliver vessels together with their periphery: dosing pumps and lances, load cells for batch weighing, CIP connections, level and temperature instrumentation, and the platform steelwork around them. That turns a tank into a working process step.
