The weigh belt feeder combines a short belt conveyor with precision weighing: load cells measure the material on the belt, the controller adjusts belt speed, and the result is a continuously verified mass flow. It is the standard machine for dosing main components into mixers, granulators and dryers.

Working Principle
Material flows from the hopper outlet onto the feeder belt through a defined inlet gate. Load cells under the weighing section measure the belt load (kg/m); multiplied by the measured belt speed (m/s) this gives the live mass flow (kg/s). The controller compares it with the setpoint and trims the belt speed — closing the loop within seconds.
Because the measurement is direct and continuous, the feeder both doses and documents: totalised throughput per batch or shift feeds directly into recipe reports. Calibration with test weights or chains keeps the accuracy traceable.
