Auxiliary Equipment and Flow Systems for Bulk Materials
Between storage, conveying and process equipment, bulk material has to be loaded, directed, opened, shut off and separated from air. Pro Makina engineers the flow components that perform these duties and matches each one to your product and line.

Learn moreWhich Equipment for Which Duty
| Duty | Equipment |
|---|---|
| Loading bulk product into vehicles without dust | Loading bellows |
| Selecting one of many silos or lines | Rotary distributor |
| Directing flow to one of two lines | Flap diverter valve |
| Opening or shutting off flow at an outlet | Slide gate |
| Discharging below cyclones and filters while limiting air leakage | Rotary airlock valve |
| Supplying air to pneumatic conveying lines | Blower |
None of these components weighs or doses the product; where a measured feed rate is required, a dosing system is added.
Why Pro Makina
Manufactured in Turkey
Design and fabrication are carried out in our own facility in Eskişehir, Turkey, with full in-house engineering control.
Project-based engineering
Every machine is sized around your raw material, moisture content and capacity target — not sold from a fixed catalogue.
Export experience
We prepare international technical proposals, shipping documentation and commissioning support for overseas projects.
Single point of responsibility
Process design, fabrication, automation and commissioning are managed by one engineering team.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between a slide gate and a flap diverter?
A slide gate opens or shuts off the flow at a single opening. A flap diverter directs the flow to one of two outlet lines.
Is a rotary airlock a dosing device?
No. It discharges product while limiting air passage between two zones; rotor speed affects the discharged volume, but the product is not weighed.
