Flow Behaviour Drives the Design
The same silo that empties cleanly on dry granules can rathole on moist powder. Outlet dimensions, hopper angles and wall material must follow the material's internal friction and cohesion; discharge aids compensate what geometry cannot. Getting this right at design time costs a calculation — getting it wrong costs daily hammer blows and production stops.
We size storage volumes from your logistics (delivery lots, buffer days, batch sizes) and design the discharge from your material data, then integrate gates and feeders so downstream dosing receives a stable flow.
