Conveying Systems for Bulk Materials
Every process line lives or dies by its material flow. Pro Makina designs and manufactures belt, screw and chain conveyors and bucket elevators — sized from your material's bulk density, particle size, moisture and the geometry of your plant layout.

Vertical transport of granules and powders with minimal footprint.
Learn moreConveyor Selection Is Process Engineering
Choosing between a belt, a screw, a chain conveyor or an elevator is not a matter of preference — it follows from the material and the route. Fragile granules need gentle belt transport; dusty powders demand enclosed screws or chain conveyors; vertical runs call for elevators. Wrong selection shows up later as dust, spillage, degradation or blockages.
We size every conveyor from capacity calculations — cross-section, speed, filling degree — and select the drive with verified power reserves. Inlets, outlets, transfer chutes and safety guards are engineered as part of the system, because most conveyor problems are born at the transfer points.
Why Pro Makina
Manufactured in Turkey
Design and fabrication are carried out in our own facility in Eskişehir, Turkey, with full in-house engineering control.
Project-based engineering
Every machine is sized around your raw material, moisture content and capacity target — not sold from a fixed catalogue.
Export experience
We prepare international technical proposals, shipping documentation and commissioning support for overseas projects.
Single point of responsibility
Process design, fabrication, automation and commissioning are managed by one engineering team.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you design the complete material flow of a plant?
Yes. We engineer the full transport chain — receiving, elevating, distributing, dosing — as one system, which eliminates interface problems between individual conveyors.
Do conveyors come with safety equipment?
Yes: guards, emergency pull-wire switches, rotation and belt-drift sensors are specified according to the installation and applicable safety requirements.
