Why the Air Circuit Must Be One Design

Air volume, temperature, moisture and dust load leaving a dryer are results of the drying calculation — and inputs to the cyclone and filter design. Undersized filters blind within weeks; oversized ones waste capital and compressed air. Filter media must match temperature and product moisture to avoid condensation damage.

Because we design the dryer and the dust collection together, the guarantee covers the complete circuit: emission values at the stack, recovered product back in the process, and stable pressure conditions across the line.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is a cyclone alone sufficient?

Where emission limits are strict, no — the cyclone pre-separates coarse dust and protects the bag filter, which delivers the final cleaning. The combination is the standard solution behind dryers.

Is collected dust waste or product?

Usually product: fertilizer and mineral fines recovered from cyclones and filters are returned to the process via rotary airlocks and screws — improving yield.
