Minerals punish equipment: quartz sand wears flights, chutes and cyclones; hot products stress bearings and belts. Our mineral lines are specified with wear plates, hardfaced components and generous drive reserves — decisions taken at design time from the ore's abrasiveness, not discovered after the first liner failure.

Drying minerals is thermally straightforward but economically sensitive: fuel is the dominant operating cost. We size dryers from measured moisture data and design heat recovery and insulation so specification moisture is reached at the lowest sustainable fuel consumption.
